■Role Overview
Lead a global product engineering team from Fukuoka while bridging Japanese and international teams.
Third Hub operates a consumer product that already serves more than 1 million users and generates over ¥1.5B in annual revenue. The product has achieved product-market fit and is now preparing for international expansion.
The Product team is already 80% international, while some stakeholders and leaders operate primarily in Japanese.
This role exists to create a strong engineering leadership layer within the team, allowing the CTO to focus on company-wide technical strategy while empowering the engineering team with hands-on leadership.
The Tech Lead will guide engineers technically while ensuring effective collaboration across Japanese and international team members.
